Operating Features
  1. Adopt the wet continuous composite magnetization magnetic particle inspection process to achieve comprehensive, full-circumference flaw detection for ring-type and shaft-type workpieces.
  2. Use 15/50A1-type sensitivity test pieces affixed to the workpiece surface. After inspection, verify the overall system sensitivity by confirming all artificial flaws are clearly visible.
  3. Equipped with an imported programmable logic controller (PLC) to support both manual and automatic operation modes.
  4. After demagnetization, the residual magnetism of the workpiece shall not exceed 0.3 mT.
  5. The workpiece shall rotate continuously during magnetization and magnetic suspension spraying.
