XXG-3505 is a portable, inflatable SF6-insulated X-ray flaw detector for industrial NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). It uses a ceramic X-ray tube, features directional radiation, and is widely applied in shipbuilding, aerospace, pressure vessels, oil & gas pipelines, and heavy machinery to detect internal defects (cracks, voids, inclusions) in metallic materials.

The XXG-3505 generates X-rays via a high-voltage ceramic tube. X-rays penetrate the test material; differences in material thickness/density cause varying absorption, forming high-contrast images on X-ray film. Defects (cracks, voids) appear as darker/lighter areas, enabling accurate evaluation of defect size, shape, and location.
