Wet film thickness meter is stainless steel, consist of 3 rings. The outside two rings are concentric and same diameter, middle ring has 75μm deviation with the outside rings and the diameter deviation is 150μm. So this three rings’ peak is on the same line, and regard it as the zero line and form a height difference with the bottom point, this is the thickness meter’s max range. Wet film thickness meter is the simple and quick measurement tool to measure the colored paint and varnish and all kinds of paints when working, its numerical is showed as μm. This thickness gauge has four different range: 10-100μm,0-200μm, 0-500μm,0-1000μm, in order to meet the need of different industries.

After all kinds of paints constructing, hold on the thickness gauge with your thumb and middle finger, make the matching ring’s biggest scale contact wiht the wet film, then roll to zero. Observe the wet film firstly contact with the middle ring sacle value. That is the thickness of the wet film. Roll again according to the method above, to check whether the first measuring value is correct or not. After finish using, please clean it and keep dry.

(1) Do not do harm to the wet film thickness gauge, because it will effect on its accuracy. When there are any breaches on the working surface, please replace it in time.

(2) Using cotton with little solvent to clean and dry in the air after finish using, put into the packing box. Put some protect oil on it if it does not use for a long time.
