EC-900 thickness gauge can measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface and non-ferromagnetic metal coating on ferromagnetic metal (such as iron, nickel, cobalt, etc.) surface, the specific uses include measuring the thickness of iron, stainless steel surface paint or galvanized layer, measuring the thickness of aluminum, copper surface paint or plastic film, etc.
The EC-900 can be matched with a variety of separate probes for user replacement. The maximum range is 5000μm, the measurement accuracy is ±(2%+1μm), and the resolution is up to 0.1μm. When measuring, the user only needs to quickly fit the probe end to the surface of the object under test. In the process of shrinking the probe into the instrument, the instrument can automatically distinguish the properties of the substrate and measure the thickness of the coating layer.
EC-900 has a streamlined menu and data display interface to display both average, minimum and maximum values. In addition, the instrument contains large capacity memory. In the process of measurement, the instrument can count and record the measurement results. Data recorded can be transmitted to the computer through USB data lines.
