Type I small-diameter pipe comparison test blocks. Due to the wide variety of sizes, please specify the pipe's outer diameter when ordering, or contact customer service to confirm the size.
Common pipe diameters include: 32, 38, 42, 48, 51, 57, 60, 76, and 89.
Type II deep groove comparison test blocks are universal and can be ordered directly.
Pipe weld comparison test blocks are divided into Type I (specialized comparison test blocks for girth welds on small-diameter pipes) and Type II (general-purpose groove comparison test blocks). The material used to make the comparison test blocks should have a radiation absorption coefficient that is the same or similar to that of the workpiece being inspected.
