TK-R72 Resistivity and Rebar Corrosion Tester

TK-R72 Concrete resistivity and steel corrosion tester. It has steel corrosion meter and concrete resistivity. It can simultaneously use the concrete resistivity method and the half-cell potential method to detect the corrosion degree of the steel bars in the concrete. It has multiple functions. And the test results of the two methods can be mutually verified to determine whether rust occurs in the concrete.

1. Two test methods are used to test the corrosion degree of the steel bars inside the concrete. The half-cell potential method and the resistivity method are suitable for different test sites, and the two test results can be mutually verified to further determine the degree of corrosion inside the concrete.
2. The corrosion test uses a permanent reference electrode. The saturated copper sulfate solution is sealed in the reference electrode, no need to replace the solution before and after the test, the operation process is simple, clean, and pollution-free.
3. The corrosion test automatically detects the ambient temperature. The instrument contains an automatic temperature measurement module, which can automatically test, record, and display the ambient temperature on site without the need for an additional thermometer, which is convenient and quick.
4. The resistivity test method is simple. Using the traditional four-electrode method (Winner quadrupole method), the sponge plug sensor ensures good electrical contact, and it can be tested on the surface without breaking or drilling concrete;
