Adopt the Brinell hardness test principle. There are two adding methods: static screw adding and dynamic hammer adding, and the test force is precisely controlled through a calibrated shear pin.
The test force has good consistency and is not affected by the operator's personal influence.
Test force F=1580kg, indenter diameter D=7.26mm, F/D2 value equal to 30. Complying with the similarity principle of Brinell hardness test, it is equivalent to the commonly used 3000kg force, 10mm ball.
Good repeatability and high precision. The accuracy is the same as the benchtop Brinell hardness tester.
Simple operation and flexible application. Small and medium-sized parts can use the static force method, and large parts can use the hammer force method.
Only one cheap shear pin is consumed for each test.
It can replace the Leeb hardness tester with low accuracy and reliability.
