Working Principle
The machine magnetizes ferromagnetic workpieces using electromagnetic induction. When defects such as cracks, porosity, or inclusions exist on or near the surface, magnetic flux leakage occurs at these locations. The fluorescent magnetic particles are attracted to the leakage field, forming visible indications under UV (ultraviolet) light, thus revealing the presence and location of defects.
